We have recently lost a ton of weight now although my back and shoulders are quite toned, I need the best and quickest way to help get rid of my belly, luckily I’ve got no flabby skin there, can anyone help, I need abs by my holiday in August? |

The largest part of getting your abs to show will be diet, but general core workouts won't hurt either

"Quick results? Plastic surgery, or draw them on.
Or, plenty of exercise and continuing to diet. "
For some reason I’ve watched a YouTube video of a girl using makeup to draw on abs |

Cardio and less calories. Everyone has abs it's generally only elite athletes/fitness models who can show them and then they're only really around for photo shoots and competition.
Abs are hard to get.

Abs are made in the kitchen. Low or zero carb days. Avoid anything starchy. Yoga and abdominal stretches are more isolating and less stress on your back. Hope this helps |
