I am from the US, where most are cut, and I definitely prefer otherwise, but...it's the person who counts, not the bit of skin. |

There's no definitive answer to this! It's about preference of the receiver.
Some say being cut can affect the sensitivity of a guy's cock. Would be interesting to hear from any guys who've been cut later in life and can compare before and after. |

I was cut in my late 20’s (tight foreskin) - was a little worried at first about how it may work after but it feels so much better that way. My wife (at the time) definitely preferred it. |

My hubby is uncut but if i had a preference it is always for cut.
Like its been mentioned before, a nice mushroom shaped end larger than the shaft is a massive turn-on, from experience have tended to fine those more on Asian guys. |

A man being ‘cut’ could be for example medical or cultural reasons. I personally prefer cut which was the original topic question. |

Cut or uncut doesn’t make a difference to the shape of the penis .... I guess if the foreskin doesn’t retract, you wouldn’t see it as much (and personally I would wonder how it would be possible to clean properly?) |

I wonder if this is because female circumcision is popular with the African population and male circumcision is more a Jewish thing (though not uniquely Jewish by any means) or if it was because it was the women who were the ones campaigning against it.
Either way it appears that equality is once again anything but equal. |
