No.. but have caught one before it disappeared. Quite disturbing..
Silicon jelly plug. The flange started to disappear the moment the plug was swallowed..
Caught the second half of the flange thankfully and held the shaft tightly to remove as soon as physically possible.
Binned it there and then.
I am now very aware of plugs and buy only the best with strong flanges. You can also buy and use little loops that can be a safe guard against losing the item fully.
