One of those bulb douche thingys, I tend to do it the day before,and then a few hours before, both times until the water exiting at speed ! is clear.
I've found that gets the best results.

I use a bulb douche and warm water always works for me no mess and great for hole to hole and mouth, although with just me and mr have had slightly dirty if not had a definite meet planned and never an issue between us we both just wash good and proper afterwards. |

Nope, no douching here. Always have a shower and good clean down below but it's only Mr who uses the Tradesman's Entrance and he can handle a bit of sweetcorn |
