man in the whole world who would actively prefer to be with a post op ts woman, than with a 'female bodied from birth' woman?
Personally,I doubt it.
I know there are guys who are quite accepting (I've been privileged to know a few) but I find it highly unlikely that such a woman is any mans Plan A.
Thoughts? Anyone? |

I think a few men like that do exist.
Some men will fall for a post op ts woman because of the person she is now, not because of her past.
Many people find it hard to find someone. |

Hmmm... Nastyknickerz.... You've made me think.... Now here's the ramble. Lol...
I think society hasn't been made to ponder on transsexuality. In my eyes, it's an issue that has been sort of swept under the carpet. They have to think about it now because attention has been given to children who realise that they are born in a different body and are now receiving psychiatric support.
I don't want to make this thread about this issue, btw. I'm just pointing it out because it has forced society into addressing the issue and any discussion on this will bring a level of understanding and acceptability. I think that generation in question will not blink at gender fluidity because it's out in the open. The generation above them... That's a different issue.
So I guess my answer would be in your case there would be less men who would actively search a post op ts woman, unless he was in an environment where he knows of one. For instance a family member or close friend was one, knows the pros and cons, the ups and downs, and feels that he is confident in coping with it. I'm not even talking about medical issues here either. I was more thinking about psychological issues, how he deals with the relationships of others within society who may be disapproving of his choice and how he defends his woman when they are. Most people weigh the pros and cons of entering into a relationship and if this is not so readily discussed then he may just think twice before jumping in.
Btw OP, you have lovely boobs, and I want your hat! You wear both very well!

Ok. Why wouldn't a post op ts be somebody's plan A? To say that no man would choose to be with one over a "real" woman. I just think it's a bit of an insensitive thing to say that's all. |

The op is saying she finds it highly unlikely there is, not that there isn't one man out who there who would.
And since she is post op, I think she's in a good position to voice that opinion |

There's at least one man on the local scene. However, do think its more about personality. And you're rather restricting your pool of potential partners if you're looking for a post-op woman who also likes swinging |

Ooops my bad. I was taking the post at face value. I knew not looking at profiles would be my downfall!
As you were op. Apologies saying op was insensitive.

There's a lot of people who feel that they're unlikely to meet anyone for various reasons OP - myself included.
I truly believe there is someone for everyone x |

I never used the phrase 'real woman's.I certainly have never claimed that a post op woman is not a real woman.
I also didn't say that no man wpuld ever want to be with such a woman, I just asked if anyone thought that such women would ever be someones primary preference.I did say that I doubt it and that comes from experience. |

Im well aware that there are guys who are very much into pre op women,tv's or cd s. That is another matter really, not what I was asking about. |

Don't think it's about plan A,more of who you fall for. But I live in the real world and know alot of guys would run for the hills. Lots wouldn't have a problem with a one on one meet off here for example. Transfer it into everyday life, then it would be a no go sadly. It's like asking how many bi guys would have a relationship with a guy,in percentage terms I think it would be low.
Going back to your question,it wouldn't be a deal breaker for me personally OP. |

I also wasn't asking if there are guys who are accepting and who wpuld go with a post op woman if they were compatible.I know there are as evidenced by the fact that I am not a virgin (hard to believe,I know).
I was just curious as to whether we could ever be an actual preference.
I'm also not particularly worried about being a lonely old woman forever,I'm quite resigned to that but thanks for the positive thoughts. |

That raises an interesting question about bi people actually getting into a relationship with someone of the same sex. I'm not sure I've ever known of that happening but I can't necessarily see any reason why it couldn't. |

As far as preferences go, I'd prefer to be with someone I'd give my soul to.
History wouldn't or shouldn't matter. I'm not sure we can or should attempt to control who we fall for.
I'm not sure that answers your question OP. |

Well as my ultimate goal and deepest fantasy is to have children from the woman I'd fall in love with, I'd prefer being with a woman from birth.
Even though, I know that there are some women from birth that can not conceived at all even with the help of modern science. |

People seem to think that bisexuality is 50/50. But it isnt. You actually prefer one sex more. So for me, my preference is females. So I would say I'm 80/20. Had relationships with men, but they tend to be quite effeminate. |

Having thought about your question some more while having a brew,I think you are right.
If a survey was done with X amount of men asking about there ideal partner. I think it would be zero looking for a post op Ts woman. |

Honestly I see post op trans as female, I’d say there’s no difference in my mind. You are female and you project yourself as such so I’m a room of women and post op women I’d see no difference. If you’re hot you’re hot |

I really understand where your coming from in these statements. As I am in a bi relationship with my partner and have been for sometime, infact I know a fair few. |

He did. However, he didn't actively search for a post op trans person. He found love and that person he found happened to be Hayley. |
