I think it already is. You're only liable for prosecution if someone sees you and takes offence, or if you intentionally expose your activities to members of the public. |

I have the luxury of no neighbours so my garden is safe, sadly don't get the weather often enough, but would only ever do it in my garden, also don't want to happen anyone at it when I'm out a walk! |

Ermmmm....you will be surprised how many country folk of us there actually are. There's always farmers, gamekeepers, contractors etc etc in the countryside. You may think there's no one around but you never know when someone will come along. For me, it's just not worth the risk, plus I couldn't do what I enjoy doing on a meet in the outdoors. I think I'd be classified as perverted and the key thrown away  |

We have a beach locally which has a long walk down to and is known for nudity and even naughtiness, the only place I do anything, I do find it very thrilling though a huge turn on! |

Have met a lady who wants to have sex in her remote garden, she has neighbours but they are a bit away. My worry is that it is very quiet and she can be a bit loud , I also have to pass the neighbours to get to the main road , but then again I am only visiting, if she is not worried then I should not be either I suppose. |

I'm going to be having outdoor sex in about 4 hours time. Probably in my garden but maybe we will go for a walk.
We almost got caught in a cemetary last week. We fucked against a fence. We had just finished and straightened our clothes when a guy came walking past. I don't know why he was in the cemetary that late, it was closed and the gates were locked! |
