"Do you get dressed up for the occasion? I love to look nicev as if I was on a night out. Nails hair clothes. Club meets are the same as hotel or home meets. What does everyone else do?
"
It's gotta be dress to impress. You obviously get that. |

I make an effort all the time, not just for a meet. I always try to look presentable and well turned out.
My dad always said you never know who you will run into each day, always feel good, and like you made an effort.

Blimey, does anyone not make an effort when going to meet a new person?
Actually scrub that, I've been doing this long enough to have met some that don't Me, I can spend three hours or more getting ready if I have time. Maybe less for an afternoon social meet but luckily I'm effortlessly gorgeous anyway.

It depends on where we are meeting......
If it’s a regular and I’m going to their home or hotel... I have showed up in pajamas or gym clothes.
If it’s someone new. I will show up in jeans , loafers , dinner jacket with pocket square.... |

We always make an effort it's rude not to
Remember one of our first visits to a club one guy hadn't even washed his hands and he was a farmer then seemed surprised we weren't interested |

Your dad's advice nails it. I always make an effort where ever I go.
Shame some of the guys don't |

My wife and I always make an effort when meeting for the first time. Even if she is nude apart from stockings and heels. Lol
We went to a club meet a month or so ago and this middle aged guy arrived wearing a pair of saggy jeans and an old tshirt. None too clean.
Wtf?
Why pay £30 or £40 and not bother to make an effort. Needless to say not one female was tempted to speak to him let alone anything else. |

What is ‘make an effort’ and ‘dress to impress’ to you guys?
Clean, showered, body/facial hair trimmed or shaved to the way you prefer it, a spritz of scent...these should all be a given surely, but what beyond that?
I think personal dress codes for dates and clubs outside the swinging scene varies pretty wildly between geographical, age and social demographics. It would be interesting to hear what YOU expect. |

I would like the man to not turn up wearing dirty, tatty trainers. Other than that, whatever he feels comfy in that's clean. |

I turned up once to meet a couple after work in a three piece suit.
They were sitting at the bar in tank top, shorts , sandals and both covered in tattoos and piercings.
I’m sure the people in bar thought I was their lawyer or accountant... |
