I'm getting a little frustrated about trying to get a meet so I decided to vent about my pet peeves and at the same time ask about yours.
For me, the bigest thing has to be, the person your talking to goes cold. Like you and this other user have started talking, hit it off and then decided to meet and you ask for the details for the meet and they just go cold, they don't say anything, don't say "I changed my mind" nothing. I understand that not getting your messaged answered means no but this is differant, this is exactly like talking to someone, you ask a question and instead of answering they just turn around and ignore you, I've had this done many times and it's REALLY frustrating.
The second has to be this senario. You and this person hit it off, but for some reason you have to stop talking for the day (going out, need to go to bed, etc) so you decide to carry on at a later time, you are online at this time, they are not or they are and they don't acknowlage you, my peeve is that if your not going to carry on at later date don't agree with a time and then not bother, at least "say sorry not happening".
I can guess that the most popular peeve will be timewasters and wasted meets becuase a party didn't turn up without saying they wern't going to be able to. |

I wish this forum had a Edit button, the tittle is suposed to say "Pet Swinging Peeves". Nvm, also it says at the top after posting, "Man just this minute -" almost as if to say I was a woman before hand . |

Hehe Martin, you do make me laugh. You seem to have your sense of humour tuned just right
I know what you mean. It happens to me - both the scenarios above - and it is not nice. Communication is the key - especially as we are on-line and cannot see the other person's face and therefore cannot pick up subtle hints from body language.
