Having done this a few times, slowly and gently to start. Matching the rhythm of the other guy and building it up.
Tricky getting into position.
The ladies I've done it with have taken the lead and suggested it.
As I'm a bit girthy and long, I tend to be the one underneath. While the smaller cock goes anal on dp.
Dvp is trickier to get the position right. Both guys have to be rock hard and not feel weirded out by another cock touching theirs. But it worth the effort.
