I've had and used pumps For years. They are great fun will make you bigger but only for a few hours at most a day then will return to normal size.
Get a good pump with vacuum gauge so you know what pressure your penis is under as to much for to long can burst blood vessels. (Not good)
Start off on low vacuum for short amount of time in the tube and over days,weeks and months you can increase to do higher pressures' and longer time in the tube.
Take your time with it and just have fun. Your first doughnut as it's called by pumper's will worry the hell out of you but it will go back to normal.LoL
