It’s the national dish so I think every Jamaican should know how to cook it maybe you ask her to teach you how to get it done like hers |

Ackee and saltfish is my favourite and yes, I can cook it very well 
One dish I absolutely loathe is cow foot 
My best mate has shared how to cook a lot of Jamaican food with me. He is one of the "windrush generation" who came to the UK aged 6. |
