Salt fish and Akii ... not spelt right I don’t think ... I can cook it but not as good as my mother in law could.... but then she is Jamaican ??????

It’s the national dish so I think every Jamaican should know how to cook it maybe you ask her to teach you how to get it done like hers

Ackee and saltfish is my favourite and yes, I can cook it very well

One dish I absolutely loathe is cow foot

My best mate has shared how to cook a lot of Jamaican food with me. He is one of the "windrush generation" who came to the UK aged 6.

Yeah I do good curried goat. My dad was Jamaican. He was a good cook but his dumplings, if you dropped one on your foot you'd break your toes!

Ah good old dad. Encona hot sauce on everything.

Stew chicken all time favourite if cooked properly then curry goat. I'm not a big fan of ackee and saltfish.
