I've always thought of someone who identifies as being gay only likes those of the same sex, not interested in the opposite sex.
The opposite of straight.
If you enjoy what both sexes have to offer then you are bisexual.
If you indulge with members of the same sex while playing with the opposite, I would suggest you are bisexual. I guess the same could be said of same sex only meets, if something that's only done occasionally, but still meet the opposite sex.
If the above were tried to see if you enjoyed playing with the same sex, you are bi-curious. If you enjoy and continue to play that way then you can say you are bisexual.
Probably an over simplification for many.
So it's not about how many cocks you have had, just if you are no longer interested in the opposite sex.

If you only have sex with men & women don't do it for you, then I feel that would make you gay.
If you have relationships with both sexes then I'd class that as bisexual.
Should you occasionally have sex with men, perhaps that's more bi-curious?
