As a single man (seperated boo hoo) I think that we should have to pay for this site as we do to get in to swinging clubs....this way it would filter out alot of nutters and timewasters then couples and women could stop complaining about for at least five minutes |

And if those people didn't pay I think the number of single men on this site would drop considerably. Depending on your perspective that might be a good thing, get rid of the ''competition'' so to speak, but I personally don't care. Some guys on here do well for themselves, so good on them. |

Maybe they should just make it harder to have multiply accounts and a cool of period of say 1/2 weeks if you delete your account, Fab could also track IP address and limit the number of times you can create a account per year,
It wouldn't stop the nutters/time wasters and fakes but it might reduce them |

Tracking IP addresses won't solve anything. Most ISP don't give domestic users static IP addresses. |

I don’t think an extra charge would stop the nutters and fakes. I do agree though we do get tarred with the same brush a bit. I refuse to put genuine on my profile though  |

I have posted my views on this subject a number of times, but after giving it a lot of thought the problem has always been there and it's the sites simplicity and ease of access that makes it work.
Before Fab I was on adult friend finder- a pay site and it was just as bad for fakes and fappers
Something needs to be done yes but I've no idea what that is, and as annoying as the fakes are they only make up a small number.
I've not seen a single person on this forum I wouldn't have a drink with and chat to- all these cool and genuine people on one site

Realistically, nutters are nutters because they're too obsessive. They would DEFINITELY pay.
They're probably the people that actually pay for porn or cam chats in fairness.
Still odd to hear that single guys are the time wasters. What ever I'm doing wrong, I can't get a meet to waste!! (Boo boo, right?) |

You're on a website that's geared towards sex. Some people might not want a relationship. I'm on POF, but I'm only looking for friends and maybe go on a few dates, because I'm not over my ex and want her back.
I use POF and this site to pass the time, as much as I want her back, I'm not gonna stop living my life in the hopes she'll come back. |

Not everyone is in a position to be in a relationship even if they want to. As a full time live in carer for a disabled relative I just don't have time for a relationship. I'm not willing to be entirely celibate so nsa sex fits the bill perfectly. I love visiting swingers clubs and have met some fantastic people, some of whom I consider to be friends as well as people i fuck.

I'm more of a fan of technological solutions. The problem is the sheer volume of dudes, then the quality of dudes. Finding the diamond in the dung heap.
How about a tinder type solution where every guy who is interested in a woman sends her a message with a face pic. The woman, instead of having to trawl through all those messages, just gets presented with the face pics alone. She just swipes left or right. Swiping left deletes the message and automatically blocks the guy. Afterwards she can then read through the remaining messages from guys she likes the look of.

You see being a site supporter doesn't prove anything. You can pay on your phone or PayPal. It's only a fiver
Raising the supporters fee would p155 a lot of people off as you don't get that much more benefit from it than using it for free (that reminds me I've not renewed this month)
I think if they changed it so only site supporters could message other users then maybe you'd see a small drop but they would have to improve the site before they could warrant increasing the supporters fee

I think a LOT of the timewasters are on here behind wifey's back as she's watching The Durells. Make it paid subscription with the payment clearly labelled Fabswingers and watch them scuttle off elsewhere leaving mostly serious committed swingers. |

Op it's not just single guys that are time wasters there's couples and single females on this site that are just as guilty of being time wasters and if u made this an exclusive only allowed if u have paid club you'll still find there's a large percentage of so called time wasters on here |

I think a LOT of the timewasters are on here behind wifey's back as she's watching The Durells. Make it paid subscription with the payment clearly labelled Fabswingers and watch them scuttle off elsewhere leaving mostly serious committed swingers."

If people want to time waste, lurk in forums or collect pics, they will, fee or no fee. Men shouldn’t be targeted over any other group & why shouldn’t singles be allowed to swing OP? And why should we confirm to a societal norm & have a monogamous relationship? |

I don’t think you have to be a single man to be a timewaster or nutter. In any case these people are everywhere not just here. If someone has been on here a short time or have no pics or veris then that makes me suspicious. I know a guy who creates and deletes a new profile every single day - there should be a way of dealing with that and also the multiple profiles, but until then you just have to rely on spotting these people or use filters to help them out. |

I'm a single man, I'm not a time waster, but have had plenty contact me that are, admittedly more on fabguys.
I have had a meet, but as neither of us are verified, we can't verify each other.
I know you can get verified by going on cam, but I'm on a mobile phone and being a tight arse don't want to pay to use that feature.
Like others have said, there is no real solution to stop time wasters. |

I don't agree, I was on another site where it's free for women and men paid about £30 a month. There were loads of time wasters and tossers on there too. |

Single genuine guy here, really struggling to meet up with ppl to get verified. Work long varied hours, so have persisted with this site, and chatted to a few couples..but a meet hasn’t materialised yet.
Will keep trying but not all single guys on here are nutters |

That would only work for those who use the site for finding people to meet. We rarely use the site for that purpose, and more use the site for finding parties. The only messages we are interested usually interested in are from people attending the same part as us.

Look.Some female's or couples take advantage of single guys on fab due to the fact the number of single men surpass that of females .
There are alot of genuine guys here.
Majority of females and couples branded me as fake.Reason.Because I don't have validation on my profile.upon the fact I explained on my email prior to meet I don't do validation.
Don't judge a book by its cover. Yes some guys are fake. I knowledge that as well. But majority are real.

It’s true that not doing verifications doesn’t make someone a timewaster, and they have every right to not do verifications. But a lot of people will regard it as a bit riskier to meet someone who doesn’t have verifications, especially if they’ve been using Fab for a long time. There will be some timewasters who probably use that as an excuse, so it is often hard to know which non-verified guys are real, and which are genuine but just don’t like the verification system. Unfortunately, short of meeting everyone in person and judging at face value, one has to judge a book by its cover. But the more information on the cover of a book (including book reviews) will give a more accurate picture of what’s inside the book.
