It is if someone sees you and says they are offended by it. That someone can be the police officer arresting you. |

A lawyer speaks.
If you are naked in an area where anyone observing you is likely to be caused offence to, that's a crime.
So essentially if you are seen by a police officer or a member of the public who calls the police, you will be arrested.
If you must do this, I would recommend only doing it in the hours of darkness in some remote wood. |

It's only an offence to show your genitals. You could wear a hat and if you hear anyone coming use it to cover you Willy. Best walk along with your balls tucked to the front to make sure they can't be seen by anyone creeping up behind you. Watch out for prickly things on the ground and wasps n ants though. XXX |

Isn't this a common recurring nightmare, indicating high stress levels?
Anyway, if there's no possibility of being seen or caught, what is the thrill?
Also,I have to ask, would you be leaving your wallet and keys in your clothes? You'd need to really trust your accomplice if so. |

Yeah just lock wallet etc in car, carry car key, that way everything secure!
Cheers for the legal stuff although as pointed out if there’s no risk of being seen where’s the fun!
Maybe a good idea about the hat though!
