I will be going for my first outing to a nudist beach on Monday, I am very excited but also nervous as it will be my first time at a nudist beach, I have never even been topless at the beach before.
Whilst I'm there I am planning to cross off exhibitionism from my bucket list.
I might need to take a bottle of wine with me I think haha!
Anybody else planning on popping down there to enjoy the glorious weather were expecting on Monday? It would be nice to say hello to some new faces. |

Shame I'll be 150 miles away. Remember the time I went. Was so nervous about it and the effect it might have on me. But I found it very relaxed and an exhilarating experience. There as nothing dodgy going on but ten this was the main part of the day.
It may be a little different for women to men but I think you'll have a great time and relax into the situation very quickly |

The first time we went we were very nervous. It doesn’t take long to relax and enjoy it. We don’t get to go there nearly as often as we would like but it’s a lot of fun and very liberating |

"Just remember, Studland is a naturist beach, and not a swinging beach. I believe that shinanigans are best kept discreet...
Enjoy!"
Seconded! The beach is a family beach (and generally referred to as naturist rather than nudist). It isn't about exhibitionism but being comfortable in your own skin. And just remember the National Trust is looking for any excuse to close the beach to naturists. Please don't contribute a reason, but have a great relaxing time. |

It's really laid back and no one will give you a hard time if you choose to cover up. Just relax do your own thing and don't worry- no one else is
Have a great time and might see you there if we're lucky |

I wish I lived closer. Had my first nude bathing experience just two days ago and really enjoyed it. It was a thrill as well as relaxing, but no one bothered me and I didn't bother them. When it's your first time just being naked in public feels like exhibitionism without any extras! Enjoy! |
