Depends on my mood, what sort of timeframe I have available and the location. Quite a fan of both though in equal measures.

I much prefer the slow and sensual approach (it's sublime) although not averse to a quickie if the occasion warrants it!

I have a theory that the balance between quick and slow changes with age ... but might be wrong!
