"Both top and bottom but not for 24hrs though! 
I feel like pulling mine out..
It Bloody hurts "
Feel for you, I was sedated for the bottom one. When I slowly started to come round I thought I was in a nightmarish darkened morgue, there was several trolleys with prone bodies covered in white sheets on them, all farting!
Told the nurse afterwards and she said that's a common thought/feeling from people coming round in the recovery room! |

the tube going down wasn't so bad,coming back up wasn't so nice though.
puts the gag reflex on notice"

hubs has had all lol nose and throat years ago then had op to clear polops and then last year his jap eye for bladder inspection (rule out cancer) and then bum because his gall bladder was playing up and they wanted to see if its afected his colon ..but he assures me the nose one and the throat one are the worse if you have bad gag reflex and the jap eye one was kinda strange but nice and the bum one well he never felt it lol tart ....xx  |

I had an acid test years ago where they insert a tube through your nose into your stomach. I pulled it out at the first attempt. The nurses eventually got it in. It was like having a lump of bacon fat at the back of my throat. It was in for 12 hours while they syringed me to draw off stomach fluids. Eventually I was dried out and the tube couldn't find the "sump" so they rolled me around to gather the fluids and brought a syringe that they got from a carry On film!!! Horrible and unforgettable |

Bowel camera doesn't hurt it's true, they drug you anyway before entering the only thing that hurt me was not being able to eat for 24 hours pretty much inhaled that big mac afterwards and I don't even like McDonald's |
