I'm similar to you in the way I see guys but I think bi curious covers my sexuality quite well. If there was a bi playful option I could equally go with that but as there isn't, the truest 'label' is the one I've taken. I don't see what's wrong with labels anyway, gives everybody the options to pick and choose who they want. You can't do that if people lie and don't give you that choice.
