The way I look at it is pretty simple, if there's no mental connection then what is the point in having sex in the first place? Isn't it better to get to know someone more, go out for a social or two, have amazing sex and still be able to have some sort of friendship with the sex side involved? I mean everyone has a different take on it but personally for me I like to get to know someone then have amazing sex

Personally I can never F&G. I have to have my brain engaged before anything else happens, so that's slow build up and word play before foreplay and ultimately sex, however sometimes foreplay alone is all that is needed to be considered a great meet as it leaves a lingering sense of anticipation for the next meet. I can't help myself but have afterglow intimacy which might be simply cwtching or may include fingertips drifting gently along exposed skin back and forth. Great question. I personally think it depends on who you're with.

I've matured over the last few years and only sleep with people I genuinely want to spend time with.

Great question. I personally think it depends on who you're with.

I would guess it depends on the situation.

On a 121 I enjoy cuddling and chatting after for as long as time allows.

In a mfm situation, it would depend on the couple. With some of the couples I have had long term with, we would sit, chat, have a cuppa, then maybe go again. Some like the time to themselves after. Having their own fun. That is where I would class myself as an enhancement to their sex life.

I like to have sex again. And again. I don't see any reason to stop if the sex is great

. Possibly exhaustion or dehydration by one or more parties. Dancer is the same, which may say something about why we are together.

If the lady in question would like to catch her breath, a cuddle, a stroke, a chat are all enthusiastically engaged options.

Personally it can vary wildly depending on a number of factors.

The relationship you have, or have built up with that person is what really determines how you feel emotionally and sexually towards that person after sex/orgasm, at least for me.

What I mean is, that if I get on with the person well and it isn't just a sex-date with a complete stranger (yes, they happen too even though my profile states otherwise) then chances are I'll be more inclined to leave, or have them leave, since that was the level of interaction and relationship previously agreed between both of us.

On the other hand, if the relationship (I use the term for any interaction since every one is a relationship of sorts) is based more on friendship, or at least an element of, then I find myself more inclined to want to stay, hang out, chat and perhaps play again.

It really does vary massively depending on the playdate you've both agreed on.

I wouldn't say it comes from either gender - as a man I enjoy connection and a cuddle just as much as any woman does.

Sex contact and sex dates are set out prior to any talk of emotional connection in my view, so the level of emotional expectation is lowered already.

I can have sex several times, cuddle, hang out chat, be caring and spend the night with someone then we part in the morning and both parties leave any further emotional content aside. It's sex with connection, as opposed to sex with emotional/need.

I am an odd one (female) - I only do the fuck and go thing.

Part of the reason is because I have two dogs who hate strangers. One in particular is extremely aggressive, so I have to shut them away when anyone comes to the house. I can do that for 30-45 minutes (which I have done when meeting in the past) but any longer is just not fair on them. So the quicker the better really.

Depends on the deal... sometimes I just want to have sex and go. Quite often actually. That doesn’t mean I don’t like the person, and I would see them again, but I’m not really on here to start a friendship or relationship and I find people get clingy with me if I seem too interested so I prefer to make a swift exit.

Other times there might be exceptional chemistry, and in that case I don’t mind hanging around and going at it again. That’s a rarity though

If I was booted out the door straight after I'd be very disappointed. I like to kiss, lick, cuddle, stroke, grope and tease all the way to round 2, 3 and possibly 4. Well it does depend. I like a cuddle and i disagree about clubs. Just double check the door is locked.

You have just had sex with a person not a washing Machine. A bit of affection and a cuddle is as it should be.

Its not a decleration of Love or a marriage proposal. That might be a bit creepy. But an acknoledgment that someone has shared thier body with you for your mutual pleasure.

Besides if its club sex its always good to have someone about who might like to play next time your in. Respect is the least you can do.
