What does this mean ?
Surely everyone is a genuine person unless they are a robot, puppet, avatar etc
So when people use the word genuine on this site what so they mean ?

I assume they mean they are not timewasters/picture collectors etc....."
Yes, I would agree with that. I think people use it to mean that they are genuine swingers and will actually meet as opposed to those who talk the talk but then disappear when you suggest an actual day!  |

I agree that everyone is a genuine person however the amount of times I see the words timewaster / no show on the site tells me that there is a clearl distinction between genuine people and people who understand what this site and it's frienda are really all about |

They are who they say they are and are honest about their intentions (whether or not they actually manage to carry then out).
(Opposite of) Timewaster = someone who isnt who they say they are or who offers things with NO intention of ever doing it. They lie to get what THEY want which doesnt necessarily meet with your own needs or desires. Not always easy to spot but you do get a feel for this as time and experience marches on. Bless them  |

They dont think when they write their profiles
TBH their are 2 uses of this ,one i dont mind so much.
a.Genuine as in down to earth,not pretentious...not great but i will carry on reading.
b.Not a timewaster...cos of course all profiles without the word genuine are written by a 22 stone man called bubba who lives in his parents basement. |

Course no one is going to write I am a time wasting picture collector on their profile ( although It wouldn't matter if I did, would still get the mails from the one's that can't be bothered to read lol)
So writing genuine is about as much use as the university crap then
