too a degree i like both with-in reason as its really more about the ''person'' but too the point of body builders do nothing for me at all understand the dedication and work just dont do it from a sexual point of view ..x |

Ryan here, iv not been to a gym in years and even then it wasn't a fitness type or weights gym, I still eat balanced and healthy but do have the odd takeaway, I may be lucky or it could be work related but I have always had a visible 6 pack and toned muscle def, so I'm in the half and half category |

I like gym bods - the full, ripped, muscle bound hunk look! They’re lovely to look at, feel lovely and they’ve loads of energy when it comes to sex! In spite of popular misconceptions - most are lovely people too - who don’t expect you to be ‘perfect ‘ just because they (almost) are!
However - the dedication that creates a body like that takes a huge amount of discipline - hours preparing meals that are about protein /nutritional content rather than taste - and obviously many hours at the gym!
I’ve never yet persuaded one of these guys to forgo their routine for a day or two to go out for a 3 course dinner, cuddle up with a takeaway, or miss the gym for a day in bed!
My ideal - for a relationship at least - would have to be someone who takes care of their body and mind - but who can relax it a little too! |
