I also think that foreplay can be far more intimate than penetration so it's a definite yes from me x

Yes of course it is... unless your playing as a couple!!! Anything that your partner... huband or wife does not know about and you try to keep hidden or lie about is cheating!

There is no way to sugar coat it!

Of course. Any form of sexual activity without a partners knowledge is cheating. However doing it when the partner is there, is swinging, which is why we have been here for so many years, no secrets between us and no cheating on each other needed
