I think its all relative. When i was a size 26 and down to a 20 i was a 44dd which sound big but they where in proportion to the rest of me. Now im about a 42d which again is in proportion.

I would say an F cup onwards is big

D Cup and over.....But think it also depends on the size & height of the lady. Huge boobs on a petite frame are going to look bigger than on someone who is taller and broader.

Quality can be measured by volume or by form. If your boobs are shaped like pop bottles with the screw-on tops pointing at your feet, then how big they are isn't as impressive as a nice pair of rounded breasts with the nipples looking your partner straight in the eye! Just being fully rounded gives an illusion of size even if the bra-size doesn't neccessarily concur with that.
