Hi I'm just wanting to know what girls think of a lad with a ball removed. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and had to have one removed I personal think it doesn't look to bad though but I think it might make me a bit reluctant to meet when when my treatment is over. I can understand not many people would have seen something like that but would appreciate any thoughts.

A friend of mine had to have a testicle removed when he was still in school , he ended up leaving school with a kid on the way so I don’t think women mind too much lol |

Testosterone production increases in the remaining testicle,to compensate and they can put an artificial one in.So there should never be a reason for any guy to fear the loss of one,especially if you consider the alternative.

The main thing is ur attitude about it! If u own who u r! Have confidence and treat a girl right then nothin else will matter....to me anyways! Be proud of who u r and what uve been through babes!

I used to go out with a lad who only had one testicle and i never noticed until he mentioned it in passing which was about 5 months into a physical relationship

Very few women would be put off playing with someone who only has one ball. The occasional one who would be put off isn't worth worrying about.
When I meet someone I don't count what body parts they do or don't have - I meet them because I fancy them  |

My son was born with only one proper testicle and he does fine he's 29 and has a son.
I have a false boob and I'm self conscious about it. But does get better with time.

Wouldn't make an ounce of difference to any person with meeting OP.
I get it tho...my boobs are very scared from my treatment and I'm a bit self conscious of them. No one has ever been negative about it tho!
