I have met a couple of women over the years that really enjoy anal, however neither enjoyed both, it was an either or thing. A fresh condom made no difference, they just didn't enjoy both. I didn't ask at the time as I didn't want to spoil the moment and start quizzing in the middle of what was particularly steamy, and on both occasions I didn't bring it up afterwards.

Just so you know there is more bacteria in your mouth then your arse...and most bacteria in the gut arse are passed from the mouth first.....question you ask now is apart from changing condoms for each hole change is did you give a bj without a condom and kiss |

No, the bacterial species found in the mouth don't, in general, survive a passage through the stomach and on into the gut, not least due to the changes in acidity and the various digestive enzymes present in different parts of the intestinal system.
For example; pH saliva is 6.5 - 7.5, stomach 1.5 - 4.5, duodenum 7.0 - 8.5, small intestine & colon 4.0 - 7.0
There's a lot of research that suggests negative health outcomes, including inflammatory bowel disease if oral bacteria do colonise the gut esp. Klebsiella species which are potent inflammatory inducers and tend to be resistant to standard antibiotics.
The oral cavity May, actually, serve as a reservoir for potential intestinal pathogens that can exacerbate intestinal disease. |
