I’m starting strong and putting chocolate hob nobs out there as a contender!

The best biscuits just have to be custard creams

I tried those new digestive thins this week - they are awful. They remind me of cardboard and are tasteless and hard. They don't even soften when dunked

If I'm going fancy/technical I'd say either Vienesse Whirl (if you consider those a biscuit) or a caramel digestive.

Basic biscuits either NICE or a Custard Cream. With a cup of tea you can't beat a custard cream or a pack lol!

The best biscuits have to be Border gingers covered in dark chocolate.

Closely followed by the chocolate orange and milk chocolate versions

For dunking, plain n simple gingers or digestives.

I like a good fig roll. I make an awesome bourbon with tangerine cream filling tho.

For dunking, it's got to be Rich Highland Shorties from Waitrose for me. Soaks up the tea quickly so only needs a quick dunk, then savour the taste of tea, shortbread and sugar sprinkles in one heavenly mouthful.

Although milk chocolate digestives and choco leibnez are yummy on their own, they're not great for dunking as they leave a floating chocolate residue in the cup which to my mind ruins the brew
