For me a hangover is a 4 day event consisting of feeling hollow and depressed in a grey world. Definitely not horny!

Gave up drinking as a result!

Horny is the last feeling on my mind when suffering a hangover.

Usually it's the 'how long will it be til my head/stomach/limbs start to feel human again' feeling I get. Usually muttered while hung in a bucket!
