I've actually been offered this randomly 3 times from people I've met outside of this scene. I just didn't like the idea at all and the money was pretty shite!
For men the best ways in this day and age are to get into that industry is either by having friends/contacts involved in production or by running your own company.
In the U.K. you will be working as a freelancer so like any freelancer you need to approach companies, market yourself and build contacts!
It's incredibly unlikely that you'll make a living from it though as a man and even as a woman it is far from easy! |
