Go at your own pace, find a guy you both get on with....maybe a couple of social meets altogether...
Wife could sit next to and flirt, touch potential new partner if they get on......hubby can watch and experience the relationship grow and at any point feel no pressure if he wants to say No.
Then take all from there..

I'd say get to know the guy well before meeting. It'll really help when you all meet... |

A lot depends on your expectations and where your relationship is with your partner... if you both are ready for this and want this def meet the guy for a social meet with no expectations or promises... if you hit it off then feel free to do loads more but as the couple you need to both understand each other's no go areas e.g. for years hubby was not keen on me kissing other guys as he felt is was too emotional... now I can kiss as much as i like but it took time to break down that barrier (and loads of trust) |

Are you looking for your meet to play a more dominant role and be dom towards your hubby or more a voyeuristic role being played by your hubby?
It will be harder to find the right guy if you're looking for a guy to play the dominant role in my opinion.

We find it very hard to find the right young guy as we have similar needs although age is a huge thing for us as I won't meet older guys (hubby is the older guy I need)... Loads of guys talk the talk but then let themselves down for a number of reasons e.g. in social setting they can be dicks by expecting fun without putting any effort into seducing me x |
