What is the difference between "gender fluid" and "bi sexual"
Im only asking as i was watching a program last night where a girl descrided herselve as gender fluid but when she was asked about it she said she was into both guys and girls, i thought gender fluid was when a person didnt see themsleves as either male or female but somewhere inbetween please set me right so i dont offend in the futher |

OP a person can be both gender fluid and bisexual. In short sexuality is about who you fancy and gender identity is about how you see yourself.
Bisexual is when someone is attracted to both men and women, regardless of what gender they identify as themselves.
Gender fluid is a person who will identify as neither male or female. They will often switch between genders and/or choose to be gender neutral.
Gender identity isn't as easy as simply saying male or female and there is a whole range of "non binary" gender identities. |

Gender fluid is actually when a person identifies as a mix of both genders. On some days they will identify as male and at other times female...hence the fluidity. |

It's not a choice thing. The gender a fluid person identifies as, can vary from day to day or even jour by hour.

Their internal feelings of gender identity may or may not correlate with however they happen to be dressed or undressed. Their gender identity may or may not correlate or counter-correlate with their genetics or their physical body configuration...
Implying that they would identify in a particular way for visiting a swinging club makes as little sense as saying that bisexual people would put on a particular orientation. |
