Oh i don't know. "Is it supposed to be green" is rather unappealing but yes we do see a number of "beg" updates.
We saw one once from a lady complaining she was hungry and no gas on for heat...  |

We had one like this, and when we asked "how much?", they came back with "£60"... obviously we queried it, to be informed that it included fuel money and a takeaway... for them! |
