So I read this study where women are more attracted to ultra masculine men (tall, big muscles, unshaven, rugged) during their fertile period, even when they are in a relationship if their partner isn't perceived as masculine as the Alpha they are attracted to. They are also more likely to cheat during this period. The researchers were claiming this is due to women evolving for their children to be fathered by the strongest males in a community so that their offspring would have a survival advantage, even if the woman already had a partner who was a good provider. Their explanation concluded that women will often settle with a less masculine male who is more loving and stable and will be a good provider, but continue to get the urge to mate and produce offspring with the more masculine male who will father strong children but will not be a good provider.
So, ladies, have you ever noticed your urges change in the middle of your cycles? Do you crave more masculine men? Have you been tempted to cheat with a man who was more masculine than your partner during your fertile period? Have you?
Please note that the study did not check if the women followed through, just that they had the urges to do so.

I actually have!
Normally I love a twink. Very skinny, no body hair, longer head hair, maybe some piercings and quite girly. I like to know they're submissive and if they look innocent even better.
Next minute I like muscles and rugged men, men that look more dominant and rough. I never really figured why but that makes total sense. |

Personally I'm into those sort of guys anyway 
So haven't noticed a difference really. I like skinny guys too but have always preferred "masculine" men.

Twink is a guy who is stereotypically smooth, slender, weak, without any muscle and not very masculine, but not necessarily feminine. Traditionally it also implied young and stupid but pretty. It's a gay term. Sort of a gay version of a bimbo, and the opposite of a "bear" who as you can imagine is very descriptive. |

So there is some evidence to suggest that the pill decreases libido as many forms trick the body into thinking it is pregnant.
However I think it's an individual thing. |
