Seriously, it's often code for "I am paranoid because I have an unknowing partner and thus will only meet at yours during in the hours of darkness. Whilst wearing a coat with a pulled up collar, hat and false beard".

Lots of people happily admit to telling anyone who will listen all about their sex lives. People show their mates pics of people on the site. Some people have no idea what discretion means and don't respect other people's privacy.
