Through my work i have access to properties either empty for the day or totally vacant. I think you can guess what my job is. My absolute fantasy would be to arrange a viewing with an attractive girl. And while in the property, she initiates a hot sex session!! Thoughts guys and girls. Good idea??

Have nothing to say about whether it’s a good idea or not but many years ago I knew a guy in a similar position to yourself. He regularly used to arrange for a threesomes with myself and his lady friend at random sparsely furnished houses. Was great fun!

Nice fantasy but am sure the owners of said properties wouldn't be too impressed if they found out someone they'd entrusted access to had abused that trust

I used to deliverer brand new cars to customers houses when they'd bought them from a dealer... My colleague met a woman from a dating site and shagged her in the car before handing it over to the customer... Wrong

Think your idea should remain a fantasy rather than using someone's home... Sounds fun, but so disrespectfull

My opinion.

Not quite the same as op's idea but I had a fuck buddy who used to clean houses for rich people when they were at work. We got to play in some really nice houses, usually on the spare bed.

Viewed a house once with an agent who thought the property was empty. We walked in on a friend of the owner and two girls. Red faces all around.

Also set up cameras in vacant properties to protect and give early detection from squatters and copper thieves. Never caught anyone stealing but the footage often had property agents "viewing". Made for some interesting conversations.

Be careful, cameras are smaller and more common than they used to be.

You may find your job at risk if you get caught. Major breach of trust.

One of the reasons I won’t use agents when letting any of my properties.

You’re taking the piss not only out of the homeowner but also your company, bang out of order in my opinion

If you are confident the property is truly unoccupied then why not arrange to meet a single woman off here at the place and role play the whole scenario - might be just as much fun!

Tell the truth. You don't use agents because you don't want to pay the fees

Honestly, that's a bit harsh! If the house is empty, what's the problem? It's just sex, most people do it!!! Guess you wouldn't want the agent or potential tenants using the toilet either?

Agents fees get passed into the tenants, I keep it in house so the tenants know who they’re dealing with. Also they’re my properties so I want to make sure I’m happy with who I let them to.

The problem is that it’s potentially going to be someone’s home, it’s not for the agent to use as he or she sees fit as then you can question their motivation for getting a sale or a let. Using the toilet is a bit different to having sex in the house

And for what it's worth I don't think what you said was in the slightest bit harsh - it may be "just sex" but that's not the point at all it's the abuse of trust and disrespecting someone else's property that I disagree with.

The fees are not passed on to the tenant!! But if the government get their way all fees will be paid by the landlord.

As for it going to be someone's home, of course it is. Do the new tenant or owner believe that the previous occupiers never had sex in the house? Really? I know that I've had sex all over the place in a house, bathroom, kitchen counters etc. I've had sex on furniture that I've then sold on!!

People have sex on desks in offices, someone's got to use that desk after! Stationary cupboard, someone's got to go in there after and use the stationary!! OMG how awful!

Do you have a no sex policy for your tenants? Like no smoking or no pets? After all someone else will want to live there after the dirty fuckers have left

This I agree with.

Maybe it’s best to just do your job OP and not risk being in bother at work if you were found out. As another poster said that cameras are so small these days and the owners may be not too pleased about you using their house for a fantasy. No offence OP I’m just being realistic.

I was actually gonna try and answer this sensibly but clearly it’s on deaf ears.

All I’ll say is we have built up a business where we own and manage 108 properties. So you do the calculations on what that’s worth, what our net income is likely to be and then send me a “lol” about how I manage my business.

You've missed the point completely!! It's not about sex or who has it where or when but about disrespect of trust placed in a professional to not abuse a position of trust that has been placed in them by the owner of that property.

To look at it another way - if you had a tradesman come round to your house who went through your underwear draw and had a sly wank whilst wearing your knickers would that be "just sex" or an abuse of your property? Because personally I don't see any difference between that and what the OP is suggesting.

It's a light hearted thread about a fantasy. The op was talking about empty properties, not using other people's possessions.

Anyway, I'm not stupid enough to allow anyone into my home without me being there!!

Personally I would see it as disrespectful and a breach of trust.

I dismissed workmen who invited their girlfriends around to my house when I was at work. My daughter came home from uni and phoned me: I was fuming!

Thing is some of us trust professionals to be erm...professional in their jobs, especially when you're paying them thousands to do so.

If your house is being renovated/For sale builders/estate agents have your keys.

So is someone's property not a possession then?

Regardless whilst it may be a fantasy this thread has clearly shown there are those (the OP included) who would take that fantasy to reality given a chance - so the disrespect of trust thing still stands good

So when you have a tradesman come into your home you stand over them the whole time? The question still stands though - I don't see the difference between what I suggested and what the OP was referring to.
