Yes, but other than helping to hold the gag firmly in place, I don't see how a spider gag solves the problem...the ring still needs to be of a certain size and it won't fit in a girl's mouth any differently?? |

A spider gag sits slightly further back in the mouth so same size ring but as it doesn't sit directly behind the teeth it's easier to accommodate.
Or use a Jennings gag, but go for one with a double ratchet as it's easier on the jaw then a single sided ratchet. |
