The thing is to be able to quantify the risk, which the link I posted actually does. Crossing the road is as much Russian roulette it's just the probabilities are well known. Where are these stats from? According to the Terrace Higgins Trust there were 5164 HIV cases in 2016, that’s 14 per day, not 100? They also state that there has been a steady decline since its peak in 2005. |
