Just type in beginner plug. Lovehoney has great advice in their site and YouTube channel.
Live is highly recommend, you can't ever use too much. |

Have you had any kind of anal at all if you have you could start with something a little bigger if you search beginner bit plug it should give you suggestions. If you have not had anal I would say start with only say 3 inches and not two wide and yes plenty of lube.  |
