... I think that a big majority of single men on here put in a social situation would not cope!
Going by the conversations I've encountered over the few months I've been on, some men really don't know how to talk to women...
We are not all scary monsters...
What have other people come across?

Not sure if big majority is fair but certainly some may struggle. Actually I am not great, I am quite shy until I feel comfortable if meeting a larger group of people for the first time.
and if I am honest I could say the same about a small percentage of the ladies on here who would struggle if they were not being fawned over and told how fantastic they are every second of the day.

I agree with you View, I get the feeling sometimes that some guys are lost in a cyber fantasy... They love the frills of being able to be someone they are not... |

If we presuppose these guys have not already attended a social situation, I can understand how they might perceive the occasion daunting….
But I’m fairly sure once they became comfortable with their surrounding aided by the hospitality of other attendees they would find their voice….!.    |

I found all the men i have meet have coped really well and i meet young men too in there 20s and older..... all have been so lovely not just in bed but out too . We chat and smile and have loads of fun . Do all sorts and never found one who could not cope x |

I think there’s a worthwhile point to be made remembering, although the age range of swingers goes right across the board. Quite a lot of older swingers are of a generation that never learned keyboard skills at school, or went into in occupations that required them to develop keyboard skills….!.
So it not unreasonable to expect a fair number of guys out there struggle when it comes to entering online conversations..
I’m constantly in awe with the speed some site members are able to respond to messages or reply to posts forums with word counts that would take me many times as long to type out….!.

Group of guys together all with the same agenda very social ie footy match or down the pub.
However, it's very possible that when cornered or taken out of the natural habitat/comfort zone some may well struggle.
All of a sudden they have to start thinking with a part of the brain that requires thought before speaking or typing.
Now I think that saying the majority is a little un fair and I use the principle that as a species we continue to survive, flurish and for the most part prosper.
Does this not demonstrate that we do indeed know how to talk and behave. Now I realise that its possible that some have experienced the shall I say more negative aspects or communication and relationships; but to think it's the majority is a little unrealistic.
And surely both sexes can and are guilty from time to time?

The ones who bug me are the ones who try to appear nice and say they want conversation, then talk in single sentences, trying to play me with as little effort as possible until I agree to a meet. |

Its easy to be brave when sat behind a computer screen. The problem is that it's easy to forget you're talking to a real person when on the net and you end up saying things that you wouldn't do if in a real life situation as you wouldn't want the embarressment of being slapped in the face. |

Think that some people can find it hard to put their feelings/thoughts down in text.
If I'm honest, I much prefer chatting face to face. I really struggle at times writing emails, using chat rooms etc. |
