It was even worse for a long time as there would be a few pics from the same person every time. So the rules were changed and a person could only have one pic in hot pics at a time. Think its just based on how many fabs a pic gets in the last 12 hours. So of course regulars in hot pics will pick up a fanbase that will fab all their pics |

It's probably because the people in hot pics take new photos very regularly and upload them, so have gained a fan base. Good luck to them I say, it doesn't bother me at all. XXX |

It's clear that it's the same people but they crave the attention to the point they seek it out within their profile. Regular updates, such as 'if you wish that it was you behind me, fab it'.
Probably a self conscious, confidence boost thing. There are far more hotter girls and guys who remain grounded, and for me that is far more attractive than openly begging for fabs. Something a bit sad about it. |
