Doing that at work would probably be considered as gross misconduct.
Theft is defined as Taking property with the intention of depriving the owner of it. Highly unlikely that anyone would really want their knickers back after a stranger had jerked off into them,so it could be construed that way.
The US Dept of Justice defines sexual assault as 'Any type of sexual contact or behaviour that occurs without the specific consent of the recipient'.
So wanking into someones knickers uninvited would probably fall into that category. Even if not,it could easily be considered as sexual harassment.
Maybe a good idea to ask permission first. |

we are not in the U.S. so that wont apply . the scenario would fall in to the sexual offences act 2003 depends on various factors but would more than likely get you on the register if a complaint was upheld ! |
