I own several. For most of them I would agree with Lilly's comment on aligning them especially if you want to use them in solo play. With the exception of the Monkey Rocker you seem to need to set the dildo to maximum thrust and then align yourself and wriggle onto it. This is a little easier with the Tango TW11 as this gives some adjustment of the depth (assuming your not using a toy which allows the full 11" stroke length).
The Monkey Rocker is very different as this is a seated position only machine driven by rocking the body backwards and forwards. This one is much easier to get the position right as you just move the seat until the dildo is fully retracted and then allow the seat to rock back to the centre slowly.
The sensation can be fantastic although I find the machines based on rotary motors can become boring quiet quickly. This is solved on the TW11 by having various programme which alter the thrust pattern parameters. The Monkey Rocker allows even more control as every movement is driven by the rider making it very easy to focus in on stimulating those spots which feel especially good. In my most intense session I had 4 anal orgasms in one 90 minute session from the Monkey Rocker so I would say it can be quiet satisfying.
