We get this all the time, usually with the reply that they haven’t updated their profile for a while. We’ve even put on our profile we won’t meet anyone who says straight on their profile but tells us they are bi! Our take on it is that if you can’t be honest on a swinging site what you are really in to, then we’re not the couple for you! |

Sadly, I also think that the reality is that there are probably more profiles for couples and single women that state they will not meet bi or bi-curious men than there are for bi couples seeking bi/bi-curious men. This means that in terms of 'collateral damage', it simply works out better in a numbers game for many bi or bi-curious men to simply leave this information off their profiles. To be open about it would just limit there opportunities too much  |

I find it odd that couples won’t meet bi men. Because there’s something very bisexual about a man being turned on by seeing another guy having sex with his wife.
A lot of times I’ve been invited to meet for a mmf and it’s fallen through when the female involved has not been not comfortable with me being bi (cool everyone has their choice). I find that most of the time the men are really up for it or don’t mind at all.

Perhaps I should also add that I have met at least two couples where it has transpired that the male is actually bi or bi-curious, although not stated on their profiles. This has never been a problem, but I believe that it is also omitted because these couples do not want to put off people who they are attracted to who might be uncomfortable with the male's bisexuality. |

My reason for the original post is that straight guys do not read the profile. When you point out you do not play with straight single guys they then reply, well my profile says straight but really i am bi ! At the end of the day its about being honest. If the profile says one thing and they are something else then its most definitely a no. Why did we post this? To see if its not just us. |

I do think unfortunately fab and many other dating sites can be a little limiting with how they categorise sexuality, for example, if you join a certain fetish website you can chose other options like ‘hetero-flexible’ etc!
I know some people think you can get a bit crazy with too many different labels etc but I do think sexuality is very dynamic and bisexual can sometimes not fit quite right for some men!
And with some people being put off as soon as they see a guy is bi, even if that guy had absolutely no intention of playing with another guy on here, it’s no wonder people are reluctant to put it on their profile! That’s my two cents anyway... |

To put bi on a profile when only orally bi for example could be misleading for other members who see a bi profile then are the first to moan when there's no bum love going on between the guys at a meet.

Some interesting opinions but another take on it is if someone isn't honest about their sexuality are they also being honest if they say they are std free, or have regular checks or are genuine single ! It's going back to the main point of the post and that is to be honest and not say anything in order to get a hook up. |

I used to state I was straight on my profile even though I’m bisexual. It was because I love MMF threesomes, bi or straight, and found a lot of couples won’t meet bi men, while bi couples would meet ‘so called’ straight men.
Have now changed to bisexual as I’m finding more and more bi couples won’t meet unless you have bisexual on your profile, and I’d rather not miss out on them compare to straight couples now.
