The trick with pumping is to use low pressure over an extended period. If the pressure is too high you can bruise and hurt yourself. You need to build up the duration overtime and once you get accustomed you can pump for hours at a time. |

That’s the exact same issue I had we regularly go pulse n cocktail it’s just up the road from us.
