Maybe if you got more than 500 messages a day, most of them cock pics you didn't ask for, most of them outside of your stated preferences, a lot of them obscene, and 99% of them being of no interest to you whatsoever you might be inclined to re-think your stance.
It only takes two seconds to put yourself in another person's shoes. Its not rude, what is rude is some of the messages we get, folk showing no respect and going about things in way that gets them no where. We're pretty laid back.
You can always ask for photos and not everyone is good at spelling and grammar.
Though we don't get loads of messages, as we block single guys, so it's not really a problem for us.
