I enjoy being blindfolded and wearing earphones with ‘erotic’ music playing, then I can’t hear or sense where he’s going to touch me next or what toy he’s picked up etc. I like wearing a gag for some of it too but I can’t have my mouth out of bounds the whole time. Ask her. Everyone is different in what they like & don’t. She is the best person to give you pointers. Equally, if there’s something you would like to try, discuss that with her too.
You need to know your subs hard & soft limits & communication is critical. There is no point introducing play that you haven’t agreed on ahead of time, unless she’s agreed you can do that.

Sensory deprivation. Have your partner listen to Classical music and/or a selection of binaural tones with earphones. This desensitises her from any ambient sounds. Blind fold her and ensure the room is very dark and warm. As a note, Candles are great for this and lots of them.
Your partner has to be very relaxed at the start and let the torture begin!
