Stretcher Bar

A friend has just bought herself a ankle stretcher bar and is going to bring it round at the weekend for us to try out. Neither of us have ever used one, anyone got any suggestions for positions or other advice for getting the most out of it?

You could stand her up against a wall, maybe blindfold her and tie her hands behind her back, then you have her at your mercy if you like a bit of mild bondage. Or get her on all fours on the bed, tie her hands back through her legs onto the stretcher bar, and both her holes will be presented nicely for you.

Thanks, Yes she does like a bit of mild bondage, I think thats why she's bought it.

I can see from your pics you've tried that position yourselves and a very inviting site it is

Another position would be her on her back then use restraints from the spreader bar to the headboard, thus making her speadeagled with her legs waaaaaay back by her head.

With a recommendation like that we'll have to try it, thanks

My metal bed head will be perfect for attaching it to. Just been sent done pics of the bar and there's a ring in the centre which we can use to attach it.
