We've often used hotel rooms. There are some great rooms in heritage hotels. Especially rooms with four poster beds.

Or if you fancy something more "Adventurous" then you could do worse than researching 'Urban Exploring" websites.

Hire yourself a ‘dungeon’ space for the afternoon or overnight. Some cater specifically for photoshoot opportunities. One or two decent ones around . . .

Also, some clubs will be willing to rent you access to their play rooms out of hours. Maybe try asking Pandora's theyve got loads of different rooms.
