Nothing wrong with being quieter, i know i am... i think it does help to have some sign when you are enjoying yourself more than others during play, so a partner can pick up on it to better understand what works for you. But it can be as subtle as a little louder moan.

Not sure - the noise was completely authentic and not histrionic. I think it's just that I have moved into a more internalised, sensual and spiritual phase in my later years |

Not boring at all. Honesty in sex is far sexier than being fake. I'd rather a quiet honest experience than fake screaming and incessant forced chat like in American porn.
