If they have single guys blocked in general then a wink from them allows you to message them.
A wink signifies interest...so message them. Say thanks for the wink and ask if you can be of “service”. |

ah ok - cheers. Erm I just sent one saying thanks for wink although was surprised due to their profile. My message just got deleted and when you click on their profiles i's one of those where the member has hidden their profile.

But back to your question - generally speaking - a wink means they want you to get in touch. It removes the block on messages from “single guys”. So if someone winks they want you to message them |

A mistake even when it's a two-step process and asks you to confirm it? I usually presume it's just some idiot playing games and ignore it. If they genuinely want to make contact they can write a message x |
