hey fabbers this is a post for well everyone..
ill get straight to the point, some days/weeks i feel absolutely shit and it knocks me down
buttttt other weeks i feel fantastic and well 2018 i want to feel fantastic all year around
what do you people do to make yourself feel good/happy/worthy when youre a little under the weather

Depends if it’s related to something specific or a general feeling you have.
If it’s the latter maybe you could try the GP to see what support can be given to you.
To take my mind off bad situations I listen to audio books. |

ohhh no no its nothing to do with depression im on about feeling sexy and feeling 100% all the time.
i know this site is great for feeling females feel wanted and sexy through the amount of pics that are liked and messages that are sent but not all of us are lucky like that.
so how do you make yourself feel sexy all the time |

You don't.
It's like being happy all the time. I wouldn't trust someone who says they are happy all the time.
That said, it's a state of mind.
If I want to make myself feel sexy, then putting some nice underwear on can help, even if no one else knows or gets to see it. I do. I know. |

I think it’s a form of “talking therapy” tbh...learning to have fun in conversation, but also mixing the mundane and the serious (it’s all over the forums too)...the sex comes after the connection (for us)... |

i agree, dont jump straight to the sex. build a relation, get comfortable and slowly start to flirt and build a connection then work up from that, i get it.

I wallow in it. Can't usually cheer up but I know it will pass and I'll feel better again. So I don't feel bad about feeling bad if that makes sense.

I am average at best, with a good photographer.

yeah i learnt a while ago, building a relation and working from there and seeing where it goes works better than the straight forward route ("you free" etc)
ive learnt a lot about building mutual relationships on this site to be honest. but i have so much to learn |

I see so many people moaning about the little things when there's other silent people out there dealing with big issues in life.
Get a grip and become strong as being down isn't a appealing outlook.
Give yourself a slap and become happy with you.how can anyone else make you feel happy if you can't make yourself feel that way? x |

When things get on top of me I find exercise helps clear my mind and put things into prospective, which is why I'm doing shit loads of swimming, cycling and running at the moment lol  |
